黄荆子 Fructus Viticis Negundinis 30g
大风艾 Foliumet Ramulus Blumeabalsamiferae 10g
干姜Ginger Powder 8g
薄荷 Peppermint 2g
PREPARATION
- Place sachet into a pot with 3 - 4 litres of water, boil for roughly 20 minutes.
- Pour into larger pail and add 10 - 15 litres of water, adjusting to desired temperature.
- Soak a towel in the herbal bath and use it to wipe your body before taking a full body shower with the herbal water.
