Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing contraints. In the event if you are not satisfied with any products, you may return to us within 7 days after delivery. Yes, we accept phone orders. Please note that for phone orders, the delivery fee is $12, with free delivery for orders above $250.

Yes! All of our herbs are suitable for vegetarians.
Yes all our confinement herbs are suitable for C-sect mothers. The only difference is that C-sect mothers will take the Sheng Hua Tang in later days compared to natural birth mothers.
To ensure freshness of our herbs, we will only prepare your confinement package nearer to your EDD. After you purchase a confinement package from us (or from our baby fair partners), we will contact you directly to ask for your EDD. We will also contact you ~5 days before your stated EDD to arrange for the delivery date and time. In event that baby arrives earlier than expected, please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon admitting in the hospital so we can arrange the delivery for you. The number to call is 63363294. Please quote your name and EDD to allow us to locate your invoice.
We will only start packing your herbs closer to your EDD to ensure the freshness of the herbs. Do note that all herbs have to be stored in the fridge upon receiving it. Shelf life of the herbs: Chiller compartment - not more than 3 months Freezer compartment - not more than 6 months.
