Preparation:

Soak dried cuttlefish overnight in cold water, covered, and in the refrigerator. In the morning, rinse well and the cuttlefish are ready for use. However, if they feel tough, bring them to the boil in fresh water and simmer for about ten minutes or until they are firm but tender.

Direction:  Used for cooking soup.
