Ingredients: Red dates, honey dates, cashew nuts, Chinese yam, solomon’s seal, Pholiota Nameko, Lion Mane, Agrocybe Aegerita, Straw Mushroom, Brazil Mushroom, Coprinus Comatus, Pleurotus Eryngii, Cordyceps flowers, Matsutake and wolfberries.
Direction:
-  Soak the ingredients (except for wolfberries) for 15 minutes. 
-  Remove the water, and squeeze the water out from the fungus 
-  Add 1.2 – 1.5litres of water and 600g of meat (chicken or pork) 
-  Using slow cooker or double boil it for 1.5 – 2 hours. 
-  5 minutes before serving, add in wolfberries. 
-  Season with salt and add in any seasonings to your liking. 
Do note that for vegetarians, add in corns, carrot, potatoes etc., instead of meat.
