Ingredients: Red dates, honey dates, cashew nuts, Chinese yam, solomon’s seal, Pholiota Nameko, Lion Mane, Agrocybe Aegerita, Straw Mushroom, Brazil Mushroom, Coprinus Comatus, Pleurotus Eryngii, Cordyceps flowers, Matsutake and wolfberries.
Direction:

Soak the ingredients (except for wolfberries) for 15 minutes.

Remove the water, and squeeze the water out from the fungus

Add 1.2 – 1.5litres of water and 600g of meat (chicken or pork)

Using slow cooker or double boil it for 1.5 – 2 hours.

5 minutes before serving, add in wolfberries.

Season with salt and add in any seasonings to your liking.
Do note that for vegetarians, add in corns, carrot, potatoes etc., instead of meat.
