Flower mushroom is springy in texture and takes longer to be cooked. It is suitable for braising and soups.
Direction: Soak in water for 2-3 hours, soak overnight for best result. Using boiling water to soak will be quicker.
Cut away stalks after soaking as it is harder in texture. Stalks can be used for cooking soup to increase the soup’s flavour.
