Egg white substitute: Add 1 tbsp organic golden flaxseed to 5 tbsp of boiling water. Boil for 2 mins, strain and use liquid as egg white substitute.
Note
The big advantage of golden flaxseed is that it tastes better. There is not a big difference in the essential fatty acid contents of golden flaxseed and brown flaxseed. They both deliver about the same amount of alpha-linolenic acid. But there's a big difference in taste.
