A: No, we do have some products under our own brand, but due to the wide range of products offered, not all products carry our endorsement.

A: Definitely not. Through years of experience of dealing with our suppliers, we are able to ensure better quality products.

Q: How is quality ensured for online orders?
A: We will only pre-pack the orders on the day of delivery, to ensure freshness of our products.

Q: Why are some products only available for wholesale?
A: For some specific products, our customers require only small portions of it for normal usage, therefore we currently do not have the means to cater such products.

However, if you are interested in products that are not available online, visit us at our retail outlets.

Q: Why are there products that appear again in different categories?
A: Some products benefit different groups of people and needs at the same time. We will classify the products into the category as long as it is of benefit to you. This is to ensure easy navigating and viewing for our website.

Q: Can I opt out account registration and just proceed to purchase?
A: Yes, registration as a member is not required for purchase. However, if you choose to opt out, your user information will not be kept in our records, and you will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.
